- Where do you get that idea? Quiz time: what's a typical discount for
- Amiga hardware, versus Amiga software, for a dealer? That's the starting
- point. Now start subtracting costs, and when you do, make sure those
- tech support people have offices, phones, and they're there for all the
- hours you expect them to be there.

- If you want to talk "profit," then you get to guess at all the costs
- involved with producing products. If you want to start at the end,
- consider that NewTek has been in serious financial trouble in the last
- year. That alone tells me that their "profit" may be nil to negative.
